Consent to receive newsletters and special promotional offers from GATE

Any activities that are performed by us we want them to serve you and be done in accordance with the applicable law. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data and the rules under which this will be done after May 25, 2018.

What data do we use?

This is about your personal data that is provided to us for the purpose of performing the service we provide to you. In order to subscribe to our newsletter, it is necessary for you to provide us with your data, which is your email address.

Purpose for which your data is processed

We process your data in order to send you our special promotions and any other information included in the newsletter. The information sent to you will be able to be based on your previous activity on our site so that you do not have to view information that potentially does not interest you at all, which is why we will use profiling.

Data transfer

Your personal data will be processed by our company and we alone will be its Administrator, while in accordance with applicable law we may transfer them to entities processing them on our behalf.

We are referring to subcontractors of our IT services and marketing agencies that handle e-mailing for us. We must also make your data available to entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement agencies (when they make a request based on the relevant legal basis).

Right to withdraw consent

If you come to the conclusion that you do not want your data to continue to be processed in our organization, you can withdraw your consent to process your personal data at any time. You also have the right to access your data, correct it, as well as delete or restrict its processing.

To withdraw your consent, simply click on the attached link in the email (newsletter) you received from us, or if you have an account, go into your account settings and uncheck the appropriate checkbox there.

Legal basis

The processing of your personal data must be based on a proper legal basis, in accordance with applicable laws. Wanting to provide you with services, the legal basis is the necessity for the performance of contracts for their provision (including the contract of purchase and sale, performance of services). Processing of data for marketing purposes (e.g. newsletters) or customization of the best possible offer addressed to you according to your interests (profiling) will take place only with your voluntary consent.
Right to forget

In accordance with the law, we will not keep your data without your consent or after its termination, however we do not want to limit your access to the content we send you and temporarily limit your consent to sending the newsletter, therefore your data will be used until you revoke your consent.

Consent to processing of personal data

Having read the above information, I consent to the collection, processing and use of my data, now and in the future, in accordance with Polish as well as European law, in particular with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) RODO for the purposes of receiving the newsletter,
